Shipping Information

UPS in the continental US only.

Penner’s provides fast reliable shipping and handling using UPS or US Mail. Any order placed before 3:00PM CDT Monday-Friday, will be processed and shipped out pending merchandise availability. USPS does delivery on Saturday UPS does not - No Sunday Delivery available.

We currently offer five shipping methods from our store location in San Antonio:

*UPS Ground 
Delivery occurs in 1 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 24 hours depending on when the order was placed.(Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days).

*UPS 3 Day Air
Delivery occurs in 3-4 business days after processing begins. UPS does not guarantee this service. They do however guarantee 2nd Day & Next Day Air Service. Generally, this is a reliable and most cost-effective service for timely delivery.

*UPS 2nd Day Air
Delivery occurs in 2 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.

*UPS Next Day Air
Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12 PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.
*US MAIL
Quote is an approximate Delivery date. This date can vary 1-2 days - USPS does not guarantee this service.
*If you want a Signature Required upon Delivery please make a note inside the “Comment Box” on your order.

HAWAIIAN SHIRTS (Tori Richard & Paradise Found)
UPS Ground may take 1-2 days to process order. 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air service will be shipped out the same day as ordered pending merchandise availability, if before 4:00PM CDT (except Sat & Sun).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:All International Orders will be shipped US Mail Global Express. Shipping charges will be between $30-$65 depending on the country the order of origin. Shipping times vary.
AFTER ORDER IS PLACED:
- Penner’s will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not in stock.
- You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our store.
-You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
